Founder & Counsel

Neha Dhir Kaul leads Block Legal's International Technology Law and Global Digital Assets Practice, advising founders, high-growth technology companies, investors and institutions globally.

Her practice focuses on technology transactions, App Store Law, digital assets, platform governance, funding & investments and cross-border regulatory strategy helping technology businesses launch products globally, navigate evolving regulation and build legally resilient businesses across jurisdictions.

Neha is an alumnus of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She is an Expert Member of WIPO's AI Infrastructure Interchange (AIII) Technical Exchange Network and an Avante-Garde Lawyer with the Paris-based global network.
